I am taking on 1000km in June to raise money for Day One Trauma Support! 🧡

Since 2009 I have  completed 5 endurance cycle rides  with one more left to do, that when pieced together will mean that I will have cycled over 5,000 miles from the most southern point of mainland Europe to the most northerly.

on June 12th I head north to my starting point of the Arctic Circle - from there I'll head 750km north to get to Nordkapp the most northerly point on mainland Europe - should take 8 days.

These rides were punctuated by an epidemic and also in 2017 I was involved in a serious road traffic accident on my (motor) bike coming off second best with a London bus - I sustained serious leg injuries. I was fortunate to make a complete recovery but others don't and there but for the grace of God go I.

So as this chapter draws to a close I am linking my final End to End ride to a very worthwhile charity that provides brilliant support for those involved in traumatic accidents:
